2-methyl-1, the preparation method of acid can be carried out by the following steps:
1.2-methyl -1,8-naphthyridine and sodium hydroxide are reacted in ethanol to generate 2-methyl -1,8-naphthyridine alcohol.
2. acidify 2-methyl-1,8-naphthyridine alcohol with acid to generate 2-methyl-1, acid.
